What is your refund policy?
After the booking has been confirmed: 500 yen per person is charged. Everything else is refunded.
2 to 3 business days before the tour: 30% of the total price is charged.
1 business day before the tour: 50% of the total price is charged. Everything else is refunded.
On the tour day: No refunds given.
